BLOMMA RETURN POLICY
At BLOMMA, our goal is to provide you with top-notch clothing designed to meet your unique preferences. Because our products are custom-made, we implement a firm Size Replacement Policy to maintain efficient processes and foster trust between us and our customers.
Policy Guidelines
No Replacements for Incorrect Size Choices by Customers:
• All orders are custom-made, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for sizes selected incorrectly at the time of purchase.
• Customers are encouraged to review our comprehensive size chart (accessible on each product page) and utilize the measurement guide prior to placing an order.
• A size tolerance of +/- 0.75 inches is standard for all products.
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects Only:
• We will offer replacements exclusively for manufacturing defects related to size or mistakes made on our part (such as incorrect sizing or design discrepancies based on the order).
• Customers are required to notify us of any issues within 14 hours of receiving their order, including clear photos of the product, the size label, and a measuring tape displaying the measurements.
Thorough Claims Validation Process:
• Each claim will be carefully validated. If the error is determined to be the customer’s fault (such as a measurement mismatch due to an incorrect choice), the replacement will not be issued.
• For valid claims, the replacement will correspond to the originally ordered size and customization.
Exchanges for Different Colors/Sizes or Designs or Other Products Are Not Permitted:
• We are unable to accommodate exchanges for a different size or design once the order has been placed.
Cancellation or Modification Before Production:
• Customers have the option to cancel or modify their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun.
• Once production is underway, cancellations cannot be processed for any reason, and refunds will not be issued.
• As we primarily handle customized products, please understand that processing may take time to ensure quality and accuracy.
• If production has not started, refunds can be issued as coupon discounts for the purchase amount, but cash refunds will not be available.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Any product that has been modified or damaged after it has been delivered cannot be returned. Please inspect your item upon delivery and inform us right away if you notice any problems.
Effective Communication is Essential:
• Our customer service team is here to help you choose the right size before you place your order. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Replacement for Product Color/Design/Print Size:
• The item displayed on our website is exactly what you will receive. Please note that there may be minor differences in color due to your monitor or device settings and resolution.
• The image shown for the product is intended for better visualization, and the actual size of the print may differ based on the placement and size of the garment selected. We will not accept returns or exchanges based on these factors.
Customer Notice
• We recommend that you verify your measurements before finalizing your order to prevent any issues. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy.
Is there a timeframe for exchanging sizes if the mistake is on our part?
• You must notify us of the issue within 12 hours of delivery. If the error is due to our mistake and you provide the necessary evidence, we will send out a replacement within 2 to 4 business days, with an additional transit time of about 4 business days.
Do I need to return all items for a size exchange?
• No, you only need to return the specific item you wish to exchange for a different size.
Am I responsible for returning the items?
• We do not offer reverse pickup, so you will need to arrange for courier service. We will reimburse you Rs.50 for courier costs. Feel free to use any affordable courier service, such as India Post.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
– If we sent the wrong size compared to what you ordered.
– If we sent the incorrect color of the product.
– If the product is defective, such as stitching or printing errors.
– If we sent a design that differs from what you ordered.
In cases where the mistake is ours, we will send you a new product. Please provide a video proof that starts from the moment you open the package, clearly showing the shipping label, and continues without any cuts or interruptions until the end.
1. Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or incorrectly delivered (please provide video evidence).
2. We take pride in our high-quality standards, which many customers appreciate, as seen in our feedback section. If you simply do not like the quality without the reasons mentioned above, we cannot accept the return.
3. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.
4. Customized orders are not eligible for returns.
5. If the error is on our part, we will issue a full refund, but you must return the product to our address. We will also provide Rs. 50 for shipping costs via Gpay or any UPI ID for the entire order.
REFUND POLICY
– After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
– If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
– You must notify us of any cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. If we ship your order within 24 hours, cancellation will not be possible. Once the processing begins, cancellations cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued.
– If the processing has not yet started, we can offer refunds in the form of a coupon discount equivalent to the purchase amount, but we do not provide cash refunds.
